主要２０か国財務大臣・中央銀行総裁（準備）会議が終了。Ｇ２０は世界政府どころか結局Ｇ８下部の金融分科会の域を出ていない様な気がしますし、欧州危機での対応を見ている限りＩＭＦ改革も進展無しでは；
