ホンジュラスのクーデターはどうなった？

先日の国連での演説の際にも話題にのぼったホンジュラスのクーデターに関し、日本では上っ面しか報道されておりません。おまけに報道の大半は、アメリカに都合の悪いことは自主規制してしまうとは云えＣＮＮのもの、一体日本のメディアは何を考えているのか？？？　自分で取材して来いよ〜〜、そんなに治安は悪くないんだから。アメリカやメキシコに沢山特派員飼ってるんだろ？


このクーデターにアメリカ軍部か関わっていることはほぼ間違い無いためアメリカはだんまりを決め込んでおりますから 『暫定政府』 はＯＡＳなど洟も引っ掛けない状態。上掲報道では言論自由など規制の緊急法令は撤廃されたことになっておりますが実際には継続している様ですし、現在は非常に不気味な動きがある様子；

    October 2009 – A group of independent United Nations experts voiced concern today over the influx of foreign mercenaries in Honduras since the Central American nation’s President was deposed in a military coup in June.　（以下略）


要は、土地所有者やクーデター勢力 （＝暫定政権） が外国から相当数の 傭兵 （ウィキペディア） を調達していると云うこと。 【−−− 傭兵自体を取り締まる「傭兵の募集、使用、資金供与及び訓練を禁止する条約」 は1989年に国連総会において採択され、2001年に発効したが、2008年11月現在締約国は32カ国にとどまっている。】 とのことであるが、上掲国連の記事中以下記載があります；

--- The experts noted that the recruitment, use, financing and training of mercenaries is prohibited under the International Convention on the issue, which Honduras has signed, stressing the right of Hondurans to decide how they want to be governed without the influence of any other entity.


The Working Group on the use of mercenaries as a means of violating human rights and impeding the exercise of the right of peoples to self-determination was established in 2005 by the Commission on Human Right, which has since been succeeded by the Human Rights Council.


It comprises five experts serving in their personal capacities. They are: Shaista Shameem of Fiji, Najat al-Hajjaji of Libya, Amada Benavides de Pérez of Colombia, José Luis Gómez del Prado of Spain and Alexander Nikitin of Russia.


「傭兵の募集、使用、資金供与及び訓練を禁止する条約」 の英語での正式名称は "International Convention against the Recruitment, Use, Financing and Training of Mercenaries, 4 December 1989." （http://www.icrc.org/ihl.nsf/INTRO/530?OpenDocument 参照） であり、ホンジュラスは２００８年４月１日締結 （批准かなぁ？） 済み　（http://www.icrc.org/ihl.nsf/WebSign?ReadForm&id=530&ps=P　参照） ですから、暫定政府はこれも踏みにじっていることになります。

バットシグナル が点いているのに、正義の味方国連と世界平和の使徒オバマは何をやっているのでしょうね。こんな体たらくだから、両方とも信用されないのです。無理ないでしょ？国連総会の演説で、自国内でクーデター勢力に囲まれ兵糧攻めに遭っている外国公館に避難中の大統領が、ケータイ経由演説行うことが異常とは思わないこの状況が異常。アメリカの国益が全てに優先しているのです。カダフィ大佐が１時間半喋りたくなるのは当然です。フィデルが現役で元気なら、１日中喋り通しでしょうね。
