　　−−−エルジシュの物資配給所では住民が長蛇の列を作る横で、ライフル銃を構えたトルコ軍兵士が警備に当たっていた。この様子を見た同市の運転手、ジェンギズさん（４５）は「地震の対応に銃は必要ない。一体、何を警戒しているんだ」と皮肉っぽく語った。　（記事終わり、引用終わり）

　　※ 上掲運ちゃんのコトバ、そのままハイチにも当てはまる。でも日本を含め世界中がそれを黙認しているのは何故？また、この記事が伝える様に震災地では本当に略奪が「横行」しているのか？クルド人の人権・差別に焦点を当てるのは結構だが、今回の震災対応にそれがどの程度影響しているのか？
