- 上掲記事はマラライさんの書籍でも紹介されておりますアフガニスタン女性の組織 Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan - Wikipedia のもの。当時学生であった創始者 Meena Keshwar Kamal - Wikipedia さんは１９８７年に３１歳の誕生日を目前に暗殺されていますが、組織の活動は非暴力を貫いています。そのサイト RAWA News に掲載される記事を見ても、駐留外国軍の意義など微塵も感じられません。最近の記事だと−−−

男性だけではありませんね。
上掲 Meena さんの言葉 “ Afghan women are like sleeping lions, when they awoken, can play a wonderful role in any social revolution. ” は、歴史上の英雄 Malalai of Maiwand 、マラライさんのみならずアフガニスタンで活動中の女性全てに当てはまります。 『生来の嘘つき』 ヒラリーの言葉など、現実に照らせば無価値とおもう。
なお民間人の犠牲を英語では "civilian casualties" と呼んでいます。基は 「カジュアル」 ですが、本来 "casual" は 「計画的・意図的でない」 が本義。しかし先日紹介した様にそれが軍事的には不可避であること考えると、侵略戦争を始めた時既にそれが確定していることになりますから、大変矛盾した英語、単なる責任逃れ。 『人間の視点』 で考えることの出来ない某国政権中枢の異常さをよく表していませんか？ まさに 『未必の故意』 −−− 法律英語だと dolus eventualis 、一般？英語だとわかり易い willful [conscious] negligence では。
