国際デー：　１２月１０日 人権デー Human Rights Day　他国を批判・非難する前に−−−

本日１２月１０日は 世界人権デー （ウィキペディア） 、かつノルウェイのオスロ市庁舎ではノーベル平和賞の受賞式が行われます；


戦時大統領としては既に子ブッシュを超えたオバマの 「ノーベル平和賞」 授賞式での演説は、たとえ中身が無くとも明日あたり日本のマスコミは 「名演説」 として紹介するでしょう。確かに英語の教材としては秀逸かも；

      −−−66 percent of voters polled said the president does not deserve the Nobel prize compared to 26 percent who do, and 41 percent said the choice of Obama diminishes their image of the award. Six percent said it makes them think better of the prize and 49 percent said it makes no difference.


      Brown said in a written release that Obama benefits from a Nobel prize ceremony that occurs Thursday morning U.S. time, while most of the country is sleeping.

Even among Democrats, only 49 percent think he deserves it, compared to 8 percent of Republicans and 19 percent of independent voters. 平和賞授賞式はオマケだからどうでもよいとして、本日国際デーとして扱われる 「人権」 に目を移すと、比較的最近の記事だけ拾っても；

    −−−　カンボジアでは１９７０年にシアヌーク殿下打倒クーデターが起き、親米派が政権を握った。これを機に王党派とポト派は手を組み、内戦に突入する。ニクソン大統領とキッシンジャー補佐官の米国は親米政権を全面支援し内戦は長期化、弱小勢力だったポト派は闘いの主導権を握り、その後の権力掌握に至る。


    　当時すでに共産党の闘士だったドゥイク被告は「（こうした事態の展開がなければ）革命勢力は壊滅していただろう」と回顧した。米国の介入が結果的にポト派の大虐殺を招いたという歴史の皮肉はこれまでも歴史家が指摘していたが、それを当事者も認めたことになる。　（以下略）


現在・過去、他国の主権と人権を踏みにじりながら一度も裁かれたことのないアメリカが 「人権を説く」 なぞ笑止千万、醜態としか言い様がありません。では日本は？ 本日から１６日まで 北朝鮮人権侵害問題啓発週間 （ウィキペディア） と定められており、拉致問題を中心に様々な展示会やら集会が催される筈。それは結構なのですが、一方で 日本統治時代の朝鮮 （ウィキペディア） の問題はどうなっているか？ 過去日本が他国民の人権を踏みにじったことは無いのか？ 少なくとも私は、相手に要求するならまず自分の義務は果たせと教えられ育てられましたから、ＤＰＲＫ＝悪、日本＝一方的な被害者、アメリカ＝善などと云うタワけた構図でコトが展開するのは非常に不愉快。土下座外交なんてとんでもない、過ちがあったならそれは認め然るべく措置したのち （あるいはそうしながら） 要求するのでないと、アメリカの様な下品で粗暴な外交や、旧欧州宗主国の様な偽善的で姑息な外交になってしまう。ＤＰＲＫと互いに嫌悪しながらアメリカの 「核の傘」 の下罵り合いを続けることで得られるものは何も無いことは実証済み。「人権」 の定義は様々でしょうが、自分が守れもしない 「人権」 を相手に一方的に押し付けようとしても議論にならない。
