Take Back the Tech!は，女性に対する暴力（VAW）に反対するためにインターネットや技術を使う全ての人に向けた共同キャンペーンです。2006年に Association for Progressive Communications (Internet for social justice and sustainable development), 略称 APC の女性プログラム（APC Women's Networking Support Programme, 略称 WNSP）が開始したもので，様々な個人や組織，グループ，コミュニティの活動から成り立っています。Take Back the Tech! は，国連が認可し，毎年11月25日から始まる「16日間のジェンダーに基づく暴力への抗議活動」（16 Days of Activism Against Gender-based Violence）の一環です。　（以下略）
