２０１３年６月３日に始まった 軍法会議 において陪審員 （当然軍人） の評決に達した様で、判決は、首都ワシントンD.C. 近郊メリーランド州のフォートミード（Fort Meade）陸軍基地内法廷にて、現地時間７月３０日（火）午後１時に言い渡されるとのこと。同州では現在 東部夏時間 が適用されていますから日本より１３時間遅れ、即ち判決は日本時間７月３１日（水）午前２時言い渡し；
