アメリカに引きずられた 「国際社会」 皆さまの気に入ろうが入るまいが、アサド政権がシリアの現在唯一正当な政権。国の主権を考えれば、国際社会の承認が政権成立の必要要件では無い筈。同様に、政権を交代させられるのはその国の国民のみ。やれ非民主的だ、政治弾圧が著しい、人権が侵害されていると云うなら、サウジを筆頭とする周りのオバＱ政権は何なのか？ ホロコーストを隠れ蓑に圧政を続ける中東唯一の核兵器保有国イスラエルは何だ？ 覇権国と親しいか敵対するかと云うのが判断基準なのか？

政権転覆のために正義の味方気取りの 「西側」 が 「反体制派」 に武器弾薬を供給して内戦を起こさせ、あるいは直接爆撃・侵攻を行って政権を転覆させると何が起きるか？ いや、もっと確実なのは、何が起きたか、何が起きているか？ イラクやアフガニスタン、リビアを見れば明らか。「独裁者」 あるいは 「圧政者」 が統治を続けていたなら被ったであろう犠牲を大きく上回る犠牲が発生、かつ修復し難い内部亀裂が入ったまま。それを民主化の代償であると勝手に判断しているのは誰なのか？ 自分達の身に起きたなら絶対に容認出来る訳の無い犯罪を、必要悪と考えて知らん顔をする 「馬鹿なお利口さん」 が世界中で多過ぎやしないか？

本来Ｇ７あるいはＧ８に取って代わるべきＧ２０は、覇権国が強引に引っ張るスタイルを採りそうには無い （ロシアだけは違うかも） ので、敢えてそう呼ぶなら 「世界政府」 は合議制になるのでしょう。決断には手間取るでしょうが、本来内政干渉や、まして武力行使がそんなに気軽に迅速に行われてはならない。それはさておき、Ｇ２０がＧ７やＧ８の決定を執行する下部組織と考えるのは大間違い。今回のＧ８でのボロボロの決定・合意は、あくまで８ヶ国 〜 落日の覇権国アメリカ、それと対抗するロシア、旧宗主国およびアメリカの腰巾着 〜 の意見のより集めに過ぎません。

アサドは退陣するものと勝手に決め付けて 「その後」 を検討する 「平和会議」 は、今まで同様必ず失敗。アサド政権側が参加せず、日本の軍事ヲタク政権も含む西側好戦派およびシリア内外の反アサド勢力だけが参加するならそれは 「戦争準備会議」 以外の何物でもない。武器供給による間接参戦から始まって、戦闘および西側からの武器供給がエスカレートすれば、必ず爆撃・地上軍展開要望、つまり全面侵略戦争へ繋がって行きます。と云うより、既にこの要望は出されている筈です；

この記事は今回のＧ８開催前に発信されていますが、"Better by far for the G8 leaders to compel all parties in Syria to go to Geneva, agree a ceasefire, establish a UN mission in Syria to monitor it, and then seek to negotiate long-term solutions." が戦争回避のためには現在最も現実的でしょう。ただし既に周辺国・組織を巻き込んでいますから、国外プレーヤーも含める必要はありますが。

−−−「国際社会」 皆さまに、とにかく内戦を終わらせようってつもりはあるのか？ それとも更に何人死ぬか、いや何万人殺せるかを楽しみに介入を続けるつもりか？ 必ずツケは回って来るのですが。
