テロの恐怖を煽り、挑発し、必要なら多少の犠牲を覚悟でテロを演出することで 『テロとの戦い』 なるものを正当化し、 『アルカイダ』 なる多分半ば架空の組織の名前と共に世界中に拡張するのが 『２度目の９−１１』 以降のアメリカのやり方。便利な仕組みです。『テロ』 および 『テロリスト』 の定義なんて恣意的なものですから、国内外問わず不都合なことは全てそのカテゴリに押し込められる。一昔前の敵である 『アカ：共産主義』 よりも柔軟な対応が可能だし、 『テロとの戦い』 ならアメリカ国内法にもどんな国際法にも束縛されないし。世界中に意図的にアメリカの敵を作っているとしか思えない。この身勝手な仕組みを疑う・崩す・壊そうとすること自体立派な 『テロ行為』 ですから、覇権維持のための最強の道具となってしまいました。自重に耐えかねて潰れる可能性もありますが、表現・言論・報道の自由や、開かれた自由なインターネットを守るためにはその一部をぶっ壊す必要があります。四猿 （＝ 三猿 ＋ ｘざる） で行くなら別ですが。
しかし、今回の暴露で今日までに公開された約１，９００文書の重要度は低い様な気がします。こんなものでアメリカの創り上げた仕組みが崩れるとは到底思えない。更に重要な文書の公開を恐れているのか、反抗の芽を摘みメンツにかけて見せしめにしたいのか、それとも全て茶番劇なのか。
