マフムード・アッバース　パレスチナ大統領が２５日に、続いてアビグドール・リーベルマン　イスラエル副首相・外相が９月２８日に行った演説および関連報道の紹介です；

※ 国際社会・国連に対しての主張は明確かつ当然の権利；

"−−− the international community itself assumes the main responsibility for ending the Israeli occupation, the longest occupation in contemporary history, and ensuring our people's right to self-determination in their independent sovereign State on the basis of 4 June 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, and a just and agreed solution for the plight of the Palestine refugees. This must be done via the implementation of the principles of the Charter of the United Nations and the relevant Security Council and General Assembly resolutions and the Advisory Opinion of the International Couri of Justice, and the provisions of international law, including international humanitarian and human rights law, on the ground in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem. All of these constitute the legitimate terms of reference for any successful negotiations for a final peace settlement."

※ この演説内容は事前に国会なり首相の承認を得ていなかった様で、唐突な『提案』に各方面から戸惑いや怒りの声が寄せられています。この外相は、ネタニヤフ首相（リクード - Wikipedia 党首）の組む右派連合中第２かつ極右とみなされている政党イスラエル我が家 - Wikipedia、英語では Yisrael Beiteinu - Wikipedia の党首。あくまで個人の意見を述べただけ、と云うことなら、ＴＰＯを心得ていない不適切な演説です。（国連総会なんてただのお祭り程度のもの、と考えれば、まあいいんじゃぁない？と言えますが。）内容については、その経歴と地位からして恐らくイスラエルきっての論客でしょうから発言の裏付けはある筈ですが、問題のすり替えをしているだけ、と私には見えます。

最近、土井敏邦 - Wikipedia さんが若いころ出版された「アメリカのユダヤ人」（日々の雑感 76：著書『イスラエル・ロビーとアメリカの外交政策』について：土井敏邦 Webコラム参照）を入手して読みましたが、その中にも確か *1 出て来た言葉が上掲リーベルマン外相の演説中にもありました； "−−− However, we are not ready to compromise our national security or the vital interests of the State of Israel. −−−" この恐れがイスラエルをして、どう考えても非人道的で容認出来ない政策を、世界から孤立してでも実行させているのでしょうか。

一方ノーテンキな我が将軍様はまたヨタを飛ばしている様ですが、中東に限らず「和平」なんて似合わないからいい加減手を引いたら？　言ってることとヤってることがちぐはぐで失笑買うだけでっせ；
